The sharding for the zone is beyond broken. Events, rares, the storm all almost impossible to do if there isn’t at least like 20 in the zone because you constantly get moved to new shards even in the middle of events completely wasting everyones time.

— However it would’ve been cool from the start of its introduction to see the zone rotate between different elements each week. 
Upon the actual subject of your thread – Yeah, they should make it more easier since the content isn’t really relevant or that popular (akin to Zaralek Caverns). 
Would be nice if they added some sick mount you had to form by gathering something from each of the not so popular events (Primal Storms, Zaralek Caverns & Primalist Future) to either create the mount or complete a ‘Gather these rare items’ quest to earn it. Would inspire a lot more people to do them

No one even cared about the Primalist Future when it first came out. Completely dead-on-arrival. Don’t expect Blizz to make any changes to it now, lol.

Theres a JC pattern that is only from the chest event in it…
All of the content Blizzard designed for patch world content doesn’t function the second people no longer populate the zone. It’s lazy vanilla wow quality content for the most part with the added bonus of having zero foresight to accommodate people who get to it a few weeks too late It’s great that they killed a raid tier for this slop!!!

Okay…at Suffusion Camp…4 times in a row right as the dragon shows up and the fight starts I get moved to another shard…

There seems to just be a general problem with sharding lately. I’ve been shifted to a new shard several times in the emerald dream, both while fighting the world boss and while doing a superbloom. It’s really bad.

yeah youre not supposed to be moved if in combat or active in an event, but it appears to be ignoring it right now.
