Sadly it’s “shamans”. Somehow I was taught the plural for shaman was also shaman (one shaman, ten shaman), and I still prefer that, but I’m trying to change.

I think what is more important is the pronunciation of the singular Shaman.
Is it Shaw-man or is it Shei-man?
Like dictionaries mean anything today? People mispronounce stuff enough or you make up a word that gets enough people using it …it gets added to the dictionary anyway.
