Phasing for WM. This should happen regardless of WM.
Who’s phasing? I said no sharding. I just have War Mode off, so I don’t get targeted by PvP players.
WM is phasing. World event should happen inside and outside of WM.

You’re mad because you want ganking and griefing. I gave you literally everything else you wanted. Everyone’s in the same world. Everyone is interacting and being affected by the event. Everyone has things to do.
I just eliminated the possibility of nonsense ganking.
If it’s opt-in nobody will do it because people kinda suck.
Everybody wants to kill but do not want to be killed, so unless they’re geared out or stealthies they won’t opt-in and even then after a few days all but die hard fans will opt-out again.
The event is all or nothing, compromise will kill it.

You want to sit in your corner of the world and not be affected. Sorry but you shouldn’t be able to do that during a world event.
But I am affected. I’m affected by the world. I’m just not affected by PvP.
Which, you know, is War Mode’s purpose.
You’re not affect by anything. You just sit back and nothing happens to you.
I mean, if I don’t fight the zombies, Orgrimmar may fall! So I’ll get out there and PvE a couple zombies. Enough for whatever trinket or mog or somesuch.

It’s the same idea from the legion’s dark whispers and wrath’s pre-patch. You turn into bad guy, kill people, etc.

Again, your misrepresenting the event as part of the world and using that to justify having no opt out.
How the hell opting out of the event makes you special?
So if i go around and call people “special” because they simply don’t enjoy the event (because fun is subjective) and want to opt out, not even remove, opt out, and call them “Whiners, snowflakes” that “ruin everything”, while at the same time, making excuses for it to stay forced, because if everybody isn’t playing it, it must be a flop, it’s always 100% or 0%, there’s no middleground or choice with me, that’s not being special?
Atulzan, you disallow anything that be it a debate or option that doesn’t even harm your event, and i’m going to say your event because it’s appropriate, you think anything that isn’t the event is lesser then or an enemy to, and your trying to dress your opinion up as if it’s a fact while trying to smear other people’s character write them as whiners and crybabies while refusing to debate them civilly, you (And few others) claimed others are taking it seriously, while taking this event seriously by saying “The scourge is restless” and such. Why is it okay for you to take the game seriously but the other’s can’t? That’s just double standard here.
For as much worrying about being a flop, you are actively contributing to it being a flop by having this “Have fun my way or nobody is having fun” attitude that is the a liability in the gaming community and the antithesis of fun. You’re just deliberately oblivious to it.
And look, there’s things i screwed up on and i can get real passionate about things, i try to make sure people understand where i’m coming from and if i recognize a mistake, i try my best to correct it or explain it. I’m no master debater (that doesn’t mean i’m disallowed from trying), But i don’t call people “Special” because they don’t want to do something. I don’t call them “Whiners”, that’s just ad-hominum’s. Those do nothing to help my point here.
And just a quick side note, this applies to everybody. In the same way i strongly condemn you guys calling people “whiners” and “crybabies” and other dumb things, so too i condemn the people calling those “psychopaths” and “sociopaths” and other dumb things.
