The Plague Cure Quest Events

On 09/13/2022, Blizzard made a blue post stating that, “The Plague Cure quest events will be available in Shattrath as soon as realms come up from maintenance”.

I can’t find these quests anywhere. Are they in the game yet?

Yea I was literally just looking for the same thing. Don’t see anything on Benediction.
