Don’t say you could beat this team, because you couldn’t. I promise.
I was in Tanaan Jungle now. Skrillex has always been something of a difficult challenge, because despite being a Humanoid, he’s faster than most pets, even most Flying pets with the advantage of their speed buff.
Today, when I encountered him, he had two Fen Crabs as back up. Just having one Fen Crab makes him difficult enough. But with Skrillex’s buff on them, two of them are unstoppable. With Blood on the Water, they do such massive damage, especially with a bleed on you. You could try resetting the fight, but good luck getting both Fen Crabs without Blood on the Water. Plus, the alternative is Dive. That’s no walk in the park either.
And of course, Fen Crabs are always Rare, so there’s no chance of getting a Fen Crab that will be a weaker Poor or Common quality.
I’ve tried the Unborn Val’kyr/Stitched Pup, even though the creator insists that his setup can still always beat the Skrillex Team. (I’m living proof that it can’t.)
I’ve tried the Umbrafen Spore/Crimson Spore and while it’s nice that it stops Skrillex from landing his AoE on your team (both times), it doesn’t stop the Fen Crabs from receiving the buff. And even with Emerald Proto-Whelps Emerald Dream and Emerald Presence, you stand no chance. They do so much damage so often.
I’ve tried every strat that I have the pets for, and exactly none of them work.
