The alliance elves should apologize for not honoring their fallen kin and helping the blood elves when they needed help the most and then maybe they can rejoin Silvermoon and leave the alliance for good.

Blood Elves and Void Elves are High Elves, or at least the only ones we get.
That is an easier solution, which is already present.
I see you wandering around necroing old threads all around, just in case you didn’t know this, you can get suspended for it.

I just want “human” skin colors and black hair to my void elves and i will never ask for high elves again 
This probably the best solution, everyone wins.
