Yeah I’m at day 4 of resubmitting my ticket and no response… I’ve played free mobile games with better turn around then this.
I just opened a new ticket, with links to this and another thread about this. Lets hope we can annoy them into making it work.

I can see how frustrating it must feel to have the artifact already in your possession but still see the quest marked as incomplete.
I checked into this specific step, and it seems that the key point to move forward isn’t tied to the item itself, but rather an interaction in the area. When you reach the first staircase and cross into the next chamber, you’ll find a gate that looks blocked, there’s a pedestal next to it that you’ll need to right-click to proceed. Doing so will trigger the next part of the sequence and should allow the quest to recognize your progress properly.

So dude checked wowhead, decided i was doing it wrong, gave bad advice, and told me to use a /command players dont even have access to if that didnt fix it.

So turn off addons and try again? Was that supposed to be the advice? 
Coming up on day 4, with no response. Additionally, once I decided to just move ahead with the rest of Legion until (or if) a bug fix goes through… I can’t proceed. A campaign quest in Suramar is located close to the Fangs of Ashemane, and the game just plonks me back into the Fangs instance. So that’s… neat.

LoL at least you have a quest! I picked the Claw of Ursoc; just started and no quest at all in Dalaran. Can’t get the other weapons, no class hall, no world quest, etc.
Blizzard - any fix coming it’s been a while?
My 3rd ticket after the 2nd was apparently misunderstood, said multiple people have submitted bug reports and they are working on it.
Thank you for commenting on this. Just some patience then. At least we know they are aware and working on it. Good enough for me for now.

2 weeks now and still nothing…
Yup, just ran it again hoping they’d fix it during the ultra long maintenance yesterday… and nothing. I have a ticket open too, still waiting on a response.
Same response here. This way my last day to try again on this one.
The most frustrating part is that the isssue is the game refuses to let me interact with the node/weapons on the ground now because I already have them after it initially bugged, but Legion Remix doesnt bat an eye at already having the weapons then interacting with the them on this quest. Like ffs…
I too have this issue. It’s ridiculous. And I also can’t interact with the scouting map in the hall. I feel like I’m going insane

I’m also having this issue. Not only am I stuck on stage 7 of the Fangs of Ashamane, but if I try to complete the Cloaked in Moonshade quest in the Suramar story line, it bumps me back into the Fangs of Ashamane since they take place in the same area and I can’t complete either one.
