I have to say, I’ve been playing WoW since November of 2004, and never have I ever felt that the quests which I am doing are a chore.
I have never seen quests so boring as the wones from “The Oasis.” These quests are D-level side-quests at best…
It feels like a chore to do them… and I absolutely hate my time in-game doing such boring quests… and the worst part is that they give reputation, which I need to boost my renown.
Please, for the love of God, do not make such boring quests again as part of renown or the main campaign…
This is called World of WARCRAFT. I want to be off fighting dragons and raiding dungeons… not… taking the umpteenth picture of a honey bee or breeding rams…

It’s fine for what it is. However, I don’t like having to do the oasis 5x a week to get keys on 5 toons. Thats a bit much.

I really wish they hadn’t made the change to the previous activities, taking away keys and offering fragments instead.
Didn’t they learn ANYTHING from how well the new horrific visions content was received? The fewer barriers to fun people are forced to endure, the more fun they actually HAVE.
The quests that give rep are weekly, not daily

The quests are finally starting to get on my nerves. They’re very repetitive across the different animal species and start to feel pointless after you finish the Eco-dome weekly. At a certain point, they literally reward nothing except gold (and a very small amount at that).

As a champion a lot of these quests are extremely silly and once, I am done with the reps and achievements I will not do any of them ever on any character.

I just don’t do the eco dome stuff. I value what little sanity I have left. lol
I fill the progress bar for the week. The rest of the quests are useless. I mean chances are I am sitting at the valor cap anyway so there is no reward from it.
They are just a bunch of chores, but you can finish them quickly at least and you get a small amount of rep and some crests. For the amount of tedium, they should at least increase the amount of rep rewarded. And next week will be the last of it other than the dalies.

If you want to be “off fighting dragons and raiding dungeons” then the Oasis quests aren’t for you, so give them a miss.
Personally, I’m quite happy to take an occasional break from all the murder and mayhem. Taking photos of bugs in hats to sell to sucke …I mean “customers” is fun!

The issue is that they’re CAMPAIGN quests…
