Just ran through the dungeon and the weapons that are supposed to drop from the spirits did not do so. It doesn’t seem like something you would keep re-running the dungeon to do since it is a quest.

This was a reported bug on beta. Guess they missed it on their QA passes.

Reporting same issue here. Quest is bugged. Ran dungeon two times now. Going to open a ticket now for a Game Master to give me my items.

Same. Just ran the dungeon and nothing was able to be looted.
Ran it twice last night and the weapons didn’t drop either time. I gave up on it for now.
Ran it, nothing. Bugged. 
I just ran it again and it did work. I don’t know if anything has changed or not, but I figured an update was needed. We killed the guy centaur if that matters and it came out of the chest after the fight
Yup! This quest appears to be dropping the quest items now as it should! Just looted my items successfully!

same, ran the instance twice but no quest item drop
Have they released a fix for this yet? I still have the quest but no items
