That’s gonna be a yikes from me, Blizzard. Your ignorance and clear lack of playing your own game just tanked multiple markets in under 24 hours. It’s been over two decades and you’re still making kneejerk reaction changes to some people whining on the forums without any thought of the ripple effect said changes are going to have.
In the real world, companies are required by federal law to report ahead of time any changes that are going to significantly affect peoples’ investments. Maybe it’s time some of that bleeds over into the virtual world.
oh wow one of the myriad things people were using to make themselves boatloads of money to sit on got taken from them. time to go to the next one on the 14 page list.

Let me sum up what anyone that complains about this sound like: WHHHHHAAAAAA now I can’t control the prices or play the AH for items that a lot need but were very rare.

You are very tall for a goblin.
It’s the best news. Means blacksmiths and enchanters can finally play the game like everyone else. If all the market bros are pissy their easy cash flow is cut off, too bad.

Oh no an overly rare reagent that had no right being that hard to get is actually obtainable? Oh the horror. Get over yourself man there was 0 excuse for those things being that hard to get. It made things way too expensive for no reason.
Maybe that’s because that’s the real world and affects people’s actual money and livelihoods? This is a video game my dude what are you even talking about?

You sir or ma’am are my favorite person of the day.
You are allowed to have this opinion.
I don’t think it’s Blizzard that’s the ignorant one here.
Said the person whining on the forums.
Good thing this is a video game and not the real world then, isn’t it?
Most people play video games to escape the lunacy of the real world and you want to incorporate it?
Putting on my Nostradamus cap for a moment and making the prediction that this will not age well.
