I, too, think the technology of insta helmet shave is amazing.

My toons hardly wear helms because I don’t like the instant hair cut. I would love to wear a pirate hat or pith helm and still have hair. :dracthyr_heart:

In game its listed as coming from the trading post.

Seems it originally was and they changed their mind about it.

I don’t care how badly some hairstyles clips into the hat/helm models, no more auto baldness please.

In FFXIV what they do is that every hairstyle has a “hat friendly version” without polygons from the forehead up, so nothing clips, and high ponytails are omitted. The rest of the hair is slightly flattened to avoid peripheral clipping.

Wish it was WoW’s case.

Was seconds away from buying this when I saw it deletes your beard for no reason. Not spending any money on it until they fix this bug.
