The new K'aresh and raid mogs aren't showing?

I got the special cloak from raid today along with multiple pieces of armor and weapons…yet it is nowhere to be seen in my mog journal.

I’ve done reloads, restarts, logged into different toons but nothing changes.
I also can’t do the “shift click” to see the mog in the character view thing.
It only happens to mog in the new zone and the raid.
adding fyi they don’t show as uncollected either. It is if they don’t exist…

Anyone have a fix or know what’s going on?

If you just earned it and never equipped it, it’s not collected yet. You have a 2hr window to trade the items if you wanted. After the 2hrs ends, or you equip or vendor the item, the mog should show up for you.
