The new griefing, and it's only gonna get worse

I’ve run a lot of Remix raids and dungeons. Been left behind a LOT. Everything was mailed to me from bosses or I was able to loot them.

There’s a daily reward for running your first Normal and Heroic by queueing.

No one is intentionally coming after your preferred style. So no, it is not griefing. Get more speed gems and threads. Utilize Blink in your cogwheel gem on cooldown, use your spec’s speed boosts, do not stop if they don’t.

You don’t get to personally decide how the rest of the group runs.

Remix isn’t for you to experience is as if it were Classic. It’s OP “Pandamonium.” The original name.

You want to go slower? Fine. Form your own group.

But acting as if this is intentionally coming after your playstyle is disingenuous at best, ridiculous at most.

I just ran into my first group with one of these people ever and you know what?

I appreciated the fast levelling

What is the point of saying this? I’m not lying. It’s great that your experience has been a good one but other people exist and they have different experiences.

So what you’re saying is that since this reward is only obtainable through LFR and LFG then they can do whatever they like. No. It’s group content. If they want the group content rewards, then they accept that they’re joining in on group content. If you grow your own food in your own garden, you can do whatever you like there. You are the only one affected. If you want the convenience of going to the grocery store, you don’t smash your way through the store then knock everyone out of line to get service first. You behave appropriately.

My preferred style? Wanting to actually play the game is not a preferred style. As for speed boosts, now you’re simply being ridiculous. Anyone can see the phenomenal differences in speed between different characters in Remix. And “not stopping” is not always an option. Mogu’shan Palace has an elevator before the last boss. A speedster left the other four of us behind and downed the boss before we got off the elevator. No loot, no credit. That was four players whose game experience was negatively impacted and only one player who successfully completed the content.

Once again, you’re making excuses and acting as though I somehow have the power to change things. The implication is that those of us who don’t have the cogwheel gems and the speed boost threads will just have to suffer until we catch up. Except that’s not how this game experience works. Those who are out ahead are likely to stay ahead because Remix has no limits. You can’t change the reality of what is.

Players don’t have to have a good game experience. But I seriously doubt that’s a good strategy for selling games. And after all, that is what Blizzard is trying to do. I think Pandaria Remix is an experiment for them. They wanted to see what would happen when they put gameplay on steroids. Well I could have told them if they had asked. Everything would get bigger. Or maybe a better word is outsized. The things that are best would shine and the things that are worst would get uglier.

There’s nothing new about any of the issues that people like me have pointed out. It’s only that the impact is more significant in this hyped up game experience that Blizzard created. Everybody should be having a fun, successful experience. Things that interfere with that should be corrected where possible.
