I agree, I think its terrific.
I look forward to changing my main to one as soon as I can.
I do hope that there are more beard and hair options than have already been shown on the alpha.
Horde Dwarves for the win for me.

I have leveled up by exploration xp. Dont hate it. Not purely exploration, but when flying to a new place and level up from it, its nice.

Now the race is really really really meh. Better than the walrus people want.

 I’d sooner play a dark iron though if they did as well the idea of a drunk dark iron dwarf going around bashing people with tankards of ale sounds hilarious honestly. Also the Earthen now kinda
 baffle me as they can’t use any kind of food item but instead they got a racial that has them devour gemstones. So um
 hey jewelers hide your gems the earthen coming to gobble them up it seems

The racial is cool and it looks fun enough. Could be a good tank race to use, or a fun solo character to push content with for the most part.

i think adding N E W races would be fun, ex. furbolg / gnoll / ogre

not adding 100 different variations of what we already have, dwarf

just feels lazy

You’re entitled to your opinion, just don’t expect everyone to agree. And ideally you would be able to understand why people don’t like them, as the reasons for not being interested in them are quite merited.

Exploring another race is fine. I’m just extremely tired of the ol’ same copy/paste when it comes to new Allied Races. I also don’t want the new Troll-Elf race. Out of ALL the available unique races in-game, they’re still giving us something we never asked for and it’s lowkey driving me nuts. :dracthyr_cry:

Mildly disappointed that this will put three expansions in between the last time they released a race I wanted to play. But it’s not that big of a deal since I don’t feel like I’m missing out by not playing a Dracthyr either.

That’s an NPC and a vendor. They tend to make those larger.

At this point, some of our “Allied” races are just customization options for existing races and don’t merit their own “slot”.

Earthen should just be a sub-option of Dwarf, along with Void Elves, Mechas, Mag’har, et al.
