Ewwwww no thank you.

Oh a m+ post this reminds me about what happened to all m+ people? did they stop or they are still doing them punishing themselves for no good reason?

Hmm, watch the neckbeards sweat it out for the l33t gamers or actually do something worthwhile with my time?

I’ll stick with the latter.

Guess there are no balance changes after Nov 1st because we couldn’t possibly impact MDI with big swings(literally something Blizzard has said).

Elemental will remain dumpster tier I guess.

Isn’t the MDI on tournament realms? They could still patch retail. I believe they’ve done this before, maybe that was for PVP though.

Esports in WoW was a mistake.

I hope you have m+ changes for next season, DF S3 and S4 were amazing, this season I don’t even want to play anymore, it just feels exhausting.

It is on a tournament realm, but there could be instability stuff that gets fixed in a hotfix that they want on the tournament realm and decoupling balance from those fixes could be more work than it’s worth since that could cause it’s own issues. I wish I could find the interview where it was mentioned since now I’m questioning if it was RWF, MDI, or maybe TGP. I just remember being quite angry that they would put off balance changes that would help the overall playerbase so that a handful of players wouldn’t be impacted. They do seem to layoff the big changes once MDI hits but that could be a correlation not causation thing. Like MDI hits mid season and internally they decide to put off big changes until the next major patch.

No clue why, I just know the chances of classes getting balanced/fixed goes down dramatically once MDI hits. Same is also true as the seasons progress, like S3 you’re much more likely to remain OP all seasons vs S1 where you get nerfed to uselessness.

This is the main reason m+ is impossible to do as a casual or non-competitive player, and it’s the cause for every dungeon finder run being turned into a race.

Way to go Blizzard.

Double post

M+ and raid + were fun when they hit years ago. It was fun to go after it. But once you did that path for years, it gets old. It is time to move on from arcade mode or make it optional. We do the same 8 dungeon 4 raid difficulties every season. This crap has to stop. Make something innovative and fix the game.
