I haven’t won a roll in a 5 man group for over a week now. Whether it be a needed item, or a 5man greed on a BoE. I’m starting to get poor because the water cost isn’t offset by vendoring those 1-2g items.
Im impressed this many people track their kills of certain bosses. I picture note pads with scratches next to boss names.
78 Hogger kills before I got the white “Veteran cloak”. Was well worth it though.

It feels great when I every time I need something at least 2 others need on it and I roll a 30 or lower. If I’m the only one in the group that needs it, it won’t drop. The when we kill a boss that drops 2 items no one needs I win both greed rolls. I think I see the problem, all my good rolls are being wasted on greeds I don’t need.
I remember on my Ret Paladin back in Vanilla, I wanted the Elemental Rockridge Leggings from Princess in Maraudon. I think I did nothing but princess runs from 48 until I was high enough to get the ones from the molten giant near the beginning of MC.
My 47th BRD emp run finally gave me the force of will trinket.
I vendord so many of those healing staffs the npcs are probably selling them next phase.

I’ve done MC in pug raids 4 times now, 4 different weeks. Each time we do 8/10 bosses
I’ve done Onyxia 5 times now, all pugs
Every single pug had between 5-7 hunters
I’ve lost the roll on 8 different T1 pieces of gear
I’ve lost the roll on T2 helm twice in a row
I’ve lost the roll on the epic weapon sinew from Onyxia 4 times in a row now
Screw pug raids man. PuGs suck

Run 41 for Dal’Rends sacred charge.
Dropped once and it went to a Hunter.
And people wonder why people are ressing.

The good thing about luck is that there are bad days and then there are good days. I did countless princess runs for the necklace. Saw it drop twice and lost the roll twice, once to a mage and once to a warlock. Then spent 40+ runs for ZF to get the vexing rod from the witch doctor.
After I hit lvl 60, the third UBRS run, I got the Briarwood Reed. No one in the raid wanted it. My first two MC runs, won one T1 piece each time.
And now my luck has tanked again.
I’ve seen boreal shoulders drop once. The shadow priest need rolled and won before realizing they were only +frost damage. After 6 levels of BRD, never seen em again.
Oh, and I lost bantok sash to a holy priest, Resto shaman, and … a hunter.
153 recorded runs of Arena, have seen gorosh 8 times. On top of the 153 recorded ones, about 50 Arena/Anger runs with maybe 2 gorosh.
Starting to think this isn’t gonna happen.

Rolled a 95 on Brutality Blade Saturday, thinking I had it in the bag another rogue rolls 98…sigh.
It all went downhill after I got Blackstone Ring on my first Princess Theradras kill in Maraudon. I knew after that I was doomed to suffer at the hands of the RNG gods…

I’ve seen 5 BoE epics drop and lost the roll on all of them (Krol Blade, Skullflame Shield, Edgemaster’s Handguards, Myrmidon’s Signet, & Cloudkeeper Legplates)
This week two Bloodfang Hood’s dropped off Onyxia and I rolled a 10 as the #1 DPS Rogue and #2 DPS overall. We had 24 total DPS, #22 and #24 got their hoods…grats bros!

my luck on farming stuff has been pretty good.
15 runs for flameweave cuffs of shadow wrath
235 ST runs for drakestone of shadow wrath (it maths out to like less than 0.3% droprate so that’s under average odds)
I feel like the old song “16 tons” fits here. Wrote a loot QQ to that tune for retail a few xpacks back, but it could easily be modified for vanilla (not classic where I am well below casual).

I know you’re being sarcastic but if they are in your guild you should be happy for them, some of us don’t need epics to play well and you seem to be one of those ppl. Getting your guild geared just means it will be easier next time around. That’s how I look at it, of course, I’ve had incredible luck so far, I won’t even describe it because it sounds too boastful for my taste… I’m just saying we are in the first raid cycle and it will be going for months, plenty of time to win those tier pieces and some nice weps.
What you’re saying is 100% accurate, I’m all for gearing out guild members however this was in a pick up group. I should have clarified that, my apologies.

I went and knocked out all the Seering Gorge quests over the weekend.
I mined a little over 20 thorium and only got 1 arcane crystal.
Right over 30 dark iron ore and only got 2 blood of the mountain.
