I’m the guy who loses rolls and once most people have it the damn thing just won’t drop.
Hoj took about 50 runs and haven’t seen savage gladiators chest once.
I lost the roll on the shoulders in ubrs about 5 times and now they won’t drop.
I’ve given up on dalrends.
Oh and as for world drop blue/purple boes, they just don’t drop for me.
Gathering on my server is massively camped.
Im Basicly forced to farm for my epic mount one kill at a time on a server that alliance are greatly outnumbered.
I have done UBRS approx 60+ times now, lost the reed roll a total of approx 35 ish times. Had 5 drops in a 5 man team with just me vs a healer rolling (different groups each time)if there is anything I want comes up my rolls go in between 1-10 no higher. My one friend thinks my bad luck is legendary. (for any DND players, I have rolled a critical fail 3 consecutive times, killed my first character this way)
30 runs for belt off Brd arena, 25 runs of strath undead still no hat, 10 runs of DM North for bracers, no luck yet.
I have accepted I may get phase 1 raid bis in approx 6 or so months.
I get the drops i just dont ever have the dice to win anything lol.
Obviously haven’t done any of that in classic, but in vanilla I ran Strat probably 200 times without seeing a single skullforge reaver drop, saw the deathcharger three times though.
Mine are real, I have literally fumed enough to start counting
I’m weirdly glad to see people doing crazy stuff like this. Was afraid seeing MC get downed by fresh 60’s would deter people from running the blue dungeons 50 times like I did back when people thought T0 was good (in fairness, it was better then, got nerfed in a later patch).
Many Deadmines runs the cape dropped from VC many times, but I kept on losing. The last loss I lost to was to a lever 31 hunter that was tanking for us. That was bull. The other 3 players didn’t need the cape.
Only thing I cared to get as a blue… HOJ. Got it on my 61st kill. No luck on brutality blade but I just maybe going daggers whenever PB drops again.

35 Baron Rivendare kills to get the cloak.
Dungeon is so long.
and I paid tanks to tank it for me so I would guarantee get it for the last 20 of those runs.

Lost on Hand of Justice twice before getting it, and only got it because it was guildies that already had it running with me.
Savage Gladiator Chain took, like, 50 arena runs because I only saw Gorosh once in about 40 kills. Got it on the 3rd, as a duo with my healing partner (EG: no contest.)
Ran the hell out of Undead Stratholme for Baron’s Cape, only to lose the only one I’ve seen to a garbage tank that made no indication they were there for anything but tanking gear. To further make this place Hell, the healing necklace my friend needs dropped on the only run I went without him and it got vendored because our healer was a moron.
Full UBRS runs are obscenely rare, and even when I farmed Jed/Rend, I never saw anything but a single OH sword, no Felstriker, no Brigam Girdle, no Finkle’s Skinner. I mean, good luck even getting into a group where you aren’t rolling 4 people for these. Also haven’t seen Ironfoe, but literally no one runs Emperor in BRD.
My guild hasn’t seen Vis’kag, and only one Brutality Blade. (We’ve seen two Onslaughts, at least, though I wasn’t up to get one. Praying for a weapon instead, though.) We keep getting the trash Eskhandar’s Neck.
I’ve been ninja looted on a few crucial items over time, mostly by holy paladins.
Righteous Orbs haven’t dropped in the non-reserve runs I’ve been in for living Stratholme.
Silent Fang doesn’t exist (but let me tell you about all that tanking gear I got in a single run).
The general thing I tell people is to bring me along if they need something. I can, with near certainty, guarantee I lose the roll on it if it’s something very good. For most runs, my healer friend and I cannot find DPS to fill, so I can’t get specific dungeons going.
Honestly, farming SGC was the most punishing. I refused to bring anyone that could contest me on it. Apparently, though, I have astounding luck overall for seeing Hand of Justice drop.
I logged out at Light’s Hope in the evening. Logged back on in the morning and I was right next to a black lotus spawn. Then I killed a mob and it dropped a 16 slot Halloween bag.

Feral tank back in the day. Over 100 LBRS runs in attempts to make the key for myself. Between other yoinking and my own luck, i never managed to make the UBRS key…
Got a guildie who’s done over 400 runs for SGC.
Been waiting every Ony lockout since Sept for my sinew too, no one else needs it…
I’ve already gotten 4 bis items including the trinket in DM and the necklace in UD Strat on my first runs. Also gotten four world epic drops including Kang the Decaptiator for my twink Warrior and a Skullflame shield I gave to our MT. This game is easy!
I’m still after the neck from Rammstein in UD Strat. I’ve done close to 60 runs and have never seen it. I took the Choker of Enlightenment in MC and called it a day. I still need to get the neck but i’ll only go if a guildie needs it for something.
54 runs until i got Second Wind in BRD. Saw 3 HoJ drop before 1 Second Wind.
Other than that… i’ve been pretty lucky. I’m 3 items away from full phase 1 BIS which is a weirdflex.
My BIS ring Mark of the Dragon Lord dropped on my first LBRS run. It is such a rare drop that I wasn’t even expecting it.
The RNG god loves me, right?
No. Every time I use it we have a busted pull and I lose the shield and the entire effect of the ring.
More like the RNG god loves to taunt me.
I’ve killed angerforge 11,378 times but no HoJ has dropped yet.
I’ve killed rend 2,782 times with no main hand.
I’ve been running MC since 2004 but I have literally never seen a single piece of rogue gear drop. There is literally a higher chance of King Tutankhamen coming forward in time to deliver me a donut and coffee.
