So this week blizzard changed the mountain thane tier set to give you a free thunder blast which was a great change however there is one issue that it causes which is when you use the free thunder blast it has a 1-2 second gcd delay which feels really bad. It would be great if maybe the devs could remove the gcd delay that way it would leave to a smoother gameplay experience and does not make the spec feel so clunky in that aspect.
