I think Corporate slims the staff down to just enough to get the job done, all of blizzard is probably working on the expansion after the next one…
They leave behind a skeleton crew to keep the servers up and running. And of course corporate will make record profits while laying off staff again.
When you think about it, the war within is done, they already made their money from us all.

Blizzard has not been unfair in their bans against you. Unfortunately, when you created your World of Warcraft account, you agreed to the terma of service. Within these terms, it is noted that the accounts are not the property of the account holder but, rather, are property of Blizzard Entertainment and Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all. (Blizzard Entertainment End User Agreement, Section 2 “Blizzard’s Ownership”, 2024.)

Blizzard owes you no duty with regard to the balancing of the game. Under the Uniform Commercial Code, Section 2-314, there exists a portion within contract law called the implied warranty of merchantability. Simply put, even if there no warranty for a product, the UCC creates a warranty for the product guaranteeing that the product which you have purchased is viable for it’s intended and described purpose. With respect to World of Warcraft, you purchased World of Warcraft with the understanding that it is an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game.) The fact that you are able to log in, interface with the game, engage with the content, and interact with other people with minimal server downtime fulfills the implied warranty of merchantability.
Conclusion
While you can feel free to take this case to court if you so choose, for the reasons listed above, there’s an overwhelming possibility that your case will not even make it to the discovery phase, instead resulting in the defendants entering a successful motion to dismiss, followed by a judge telling you to “get rekt nerd.”

I love you, thank you for the reply, I was going through some stuff tried to play a solo shuffle and got rekt. things havent been the same since the nerfs. I was mad at the thing I almost love the most. And no, I did not talk to a lawyer and I’m not filing a case, lol. I don’t wana get rekt and I love you too much to do that. Don’t mind my rant.
