fun is subjective aside, it really depends if you have people to play with or if you are LFGing. and what role do you like ? do you like casters ? melee ? healers ?

What you think is fun is something only you can decide. If you want some help figuring it out, tell us about what things you think are fun and we may be able to offer a better opinion.
As for me, I think a fun character needs 3 things: a strong burst, survivability and ranged.
DPS Mongo= Demon Hunter
Healer= Holy Priest
DPS High IQ plays = Outlaw Rogue
Support= ???
Prot pal. Deal top damage and heal yourself more than a healer can heal their entire team. Make people cry. Nobody plays tanks so there’s lots of room to theorycraft.
(Resto) druid. Stealth, hots, mobility makes for a combination that can’t be beat fun wise.

I think feral is got to be in the top echelon for fun.
Personally I can’t ever get into feral. Spec feels too slow with the energy pooling and how little haste you stack.
CC is important and a bad Outlaw will show it
vs other DPS specs it is considered one of the higher IQ specs
you are entitled to your viewpoint of course
how about suggesting something instead of crying?
Feral is rewarding but not fun for someone who wants to start off a new spec to play , takes a good bit to get into feral flow

I duno, I don’t really enjoy one class above another. Every class has some niche ability or playstyle, and getting better at using it as you play it is fun, but ultimately I think the only way to have fun in WoW PVP is to win at it–so I’d say find something you can play decently and roll with it.

A bad outlaw can mess up every cc chain and still have insane control because of how the spec works. There’s nothing high IQ about outlaw it’s basically just the best cc bot in the game.
Remove outlaw CDR.
Unfortunately it’s not bait if they actually believe what they’re saying.

all three specs could afford to have a little more depth in terms of output but the kit and class in general is super fun/engaging
