Do delves and convert hero track gear to tier, or just get tier. Hero stuff fully upgraded gives you the mythic appearance.

And you can get tier from delves?
If you catalyst it or get lucky from vault. Hero gear is the upgrade track you need to eventually get the myth appearance (@ upgrade 5/6). Hero drops from vault starting at level 8 delves. But you’ll have to do a few 11s to get the mythic crests to upgrade it the final upgrade

I think I just saw something recently saying you can get a hero piece once a week through a delve from buying an item from a vendor or something
If you do 8’s your vault slot gives you a hero track (heroic appearance, high ilvl, upgradable to lower mythic ilvl) piece of gear. It can be tier from there too. Plus once a week you can get a goblin guy to spawn and he drops a map which guarantees a hero track piece of gear from the end of a delve if it’s 8+.
My evoker has full hero track 4 set from just delving, it’s really stupid.
Also gear tracks are:
Explorer (like greens)
Adventurer (heroic dungeon gear/lfr)
Champion (normal raid)
Hero (heroic)
Mythic (mythic raid)
Anyone of these can be upgraded into the bottom ilvl of the next tier up. And gives that appearance. So let’s say you wanted some heroic tier mog, you could reliably farm champion gear and upgrade it to get that set appearance.

Adding to this, if you catalyst a lower ilvl hero piece and then upgrade it once it’s already tier you’ll get both the heroic and mythic mogs out of just one piece of gear

Ya, I need to be doing some keys on my monk (and paladin) to get those mythic sets! Druid already done, and shaman im filling in pieces when I get more crests!

I actually LOVE the last two evoker ones, but you cant heckin’ see them in dragon form!!! 
Once you get 2500 IO you get the lightning effects on all the pieces and they’re SO good.

Ya, at 2500 io/mythic gallywix/2400 pvp, you get an item that gives you the mythic/elite glow effects to ALL the other set colors for the season.
and 2500io is insanely easy
