I don’t think the damage is that much unbalanced atm, it’s the classes kits that are unbalanced and are hard disabling other classes to see play.
There’s now slow diminishing returns.
All disarm effects now have 1 minute cooldown. Disarm can destroy a go for a lot of specs, so it’s like a defensive cooldown. As such, should not be available on demand.
Targets that where disarmed cannot be disarmed again for 30 seconds.
Targets that where Cycloned cannot be Cycloned again for 5 seconds.
Targets that where knocked back cannot be knocked back again for 10 seconds.
Targets cannot be knocked back during a knock up.
Druid:
Barkskin now reduces damage by 10% in pvp. (Oakskin still buffs by another 10%) 30% wall, usable on stuns, with 1 minute cooldown is enabling Feral druids to play too aggressive.
Evoker:
Hover no longer increases your movement speed in pvp.
Unburden Flight removed
Mage:
Alter Time is no longer dispellable.
Alter Time duration reduced by 50% in pvp.
Master of time reduces Alter Time cooldown by an extra 10 seconds but no longer resets the cooldown of blink and shimmer in pvp.
