"The Missing Chapter" vault guardian bugged

The vault guardian for the jewelcrafting quest “The missing chapter” is currently bugged on my shard and cannot be attacked. A group of us are standing around unable to proceed. Relogging/etc. is not fixing it for anyone here.

Exact same issue here. Half a dozen people standing around waiting, many more have given up and left. Ticket time is 24 hours. This is no fun.

So many more have come and left without completing this. It’s such a crap journey to make. Please fix it.

I’m far too lazy to come back out here later, and it might not even be fixed then. Tired of camping a quest mob that’s bugged. Cmon Blizz.

I had opened a ticket yesterday when this happened, and the response came a little bit ago. It’s probably not fixed fixed, but it was reset so it’s working currently. I traveled back out there and it took a good minute for him to respawn, I was ready to reopen the ticket, but he did spawn and he was attackable, so I was able to get the quest done.
