"The Missing Blade"

Unable to turn in the quest, King Anduin is not in the Keep. The Turn In “Question Mark” is on the throne, shown on the map, but Anduin Wrynn himself is not.

I have the same damn problem on my SPriest. Mildly annoyed.

Same here, quest turn in is at the throne but he is not there. Tried it last night and just now and it’s still not working.

I just ran the LFR and picked up this quest. I went to Stormwind and The boy king isn’t at the throne I found in in a room off to the right and I cant turn this quest in.

Mine was phased due to not completing the Night Warrior questline in Darkshore. Once I finished that, Anduin showed up again. Hope that helps.

I don’t know how I ended up not being able to turn in the quest for the Missing Blade, but I do know how I fixed it. I used wow head’s quest tracker and located the quest that held Anduin so busy. That lil sneaky bugger was waiting for me to escort him to the tomb of sargeras (Legion exp). Finished up that quick storyline, and there he was in the throne waiting where he was always supposed to be.
