I’m pretty solidly in the enjoying my gametime except for the aspects of the toxic culture side of things. I think I’m pretty sane. But then I have been posting on the forums a bit lately, that’s never a good sign.
I just saw your logs and that tragedy aside your group is logging so I’m going to assume they also use add-ons.

I don’t speak back on addon use, I don’t stop people from logging, but I do say it is detrimental to the game. that’s the part that ruins the culture, it turns people into teachers, all handing back homework with corrections hehe. we get enough of that crap (checks notes) everywhere and anywhere

I could easily say grey parsers ruin the game because you cause other people to not be able to finish their raid, and they get frustrated and stop playing because they are tired of grouping with people who can’t do a proper 2 button rotation on a boss.

I’m saying, from my perspective and experiences that the addon use and 3rd party overreach
puts a chip on way too many shoulders and tells people they are winners before they even made connections with people to celebrate with, this is ultimately self defeating because they go around feeling like gods but haven’t established any connection with anyone, social interaction starts with needing to deflate your ballon and make room for someone else.
But instead the will just judge everyone and run around bitter and angry taking the fun out of things.

But I do have one suggestion to you. Instead of having all these negative views towards addons and parsing, and good players “having bad attitudes towards bad players”, and all this other nonsense, you should try to improve.
Put some effort into improving your rotation, get some MINOR add ons to give you a bit of information, and join a guild that is willing to help you. I am not saying this as a negative towards you, I am saying it because it will make the game a lot more fun for you. It is an objectively terrible experience to have nothing but grey parses in the only raid. That cannot be fun at all.
Once you improve and have more fun in the raid, you will stop having this jaded view of people who like parsing.
It’s basically like obese people who have a hatred towards people who love the gym.
Lose some weight and you’ll see the gym is not so bad.

Why do you care what somebody else enjoys or how they experience the game?
I should suggest that to my boss that’s a good idea. Gonna tell him he should make all production and performance related things completely anonymous even to himself. Tools to measure performance metrics need to stop so the guy that watches movies all day on his smart phone can stop feeling nervous before a performance review.
What you are really asking for is the game to hide all performance metrics from you so you can be sheltered from the big bad toxic wow player. There is already a solution for that I will give you two. 1.grow thicker skin 2.Play with guildies and friends that wont judge you over your performance. 3. Write chill peeps only in the description of the keystone you are trying to run this works 99%of the time to keep out toxic sweatys that like to run there mouths because of whatever oh dang that was 3 I love maths
