After meeting all the requirements for this quest it will not complete

I just had the same thing occur. Tried dropping quest item to trigger the quest again to no avail.
I completed it last night. Logged on this morning to see I still cant complete it even after fulfilling all requirements.
Adding a +1 to this, even after the maintenance this morning, the bonus objective still shows all requirements met, but won’t “complete”.
I can concur that after 3 weeks (including launch I have had this completed but unable to “finish” the quest.
I have submitted a ticket, got the canned response, asked for clarification and help, got told to submit a bug, submitted a bug and now have lost on 3 weeks of quest reward from this one.
Edit: no sooner do I post this, it occurs to my wife, now we are both bugged.
The same problem has been going on for the second week now.
