quick question. On a BRAND NEW ACCOUNT, is there a way to unlock the maw? (I haven’t done any shadowland content). I just want to farm the sanctum of domination raid for transmog. Is there a way to just be able to unlock the raid/go to the raid, alone?

P.-S.: Pretty sure KT still need 2 players to kill, unsure about that.
You should be able to start the quest chain by talking to the Death Knights that hang out in front of Grommash/Stormwind Keep. Just be careful not to do any of the storyline skips.
Or if you’re leveling a new character, do Shadowlands Chromie Time?
Man, I feel bad now, I completed the introduction to the maw earlier. I was expecting it to unlock after that. And now the Knights and portals are not in front of SW keep anymore.
I’m sad XD
