I don’t see a Hunt on my map or get quest text informing me about it when I get to where others do see it, even when I’m properly phased with my group that does see it. I completed the quest to unlock the warrens in a group also without seeing the hunt itself, just getting credit for the final kill due to being in a group. Is my account bugged?
In the time that I’ve waited for a Hunt to appear on the map, I’ve seen at least 3 Wrath of the Jailer quests appear.
