It’s almost as though having a lopsided meta balance alongside a heavily timed speedrun that is very punishing and only punishes the owner of the key creates a system that heavily encourages people to only invite the very best of a small handful of specific class / specs and refuse everyone else.
Well you wont get an invite to mine, because I’m a warlock and we don’t need a 2nd warlock. I’ve had good success pugging on my warlock. Learn to be selective with who you invite to your group.
I honestly don’t think you’re getting declined for your class as often as you think. I’m not naive enough to say it isn’t happening at all, but I think it’s considerably less than you think it is. Right now people are going for geared, scored players. They’re even abandoning an actual lust much more than normal. It also depends on the week. Last week perhaps you lost a spot here and there for no real solution for incorp. But this week you’re a boon. If I see a 470, 2400 lock in queue, I usually grab it.
