If they let you have it. Then they’d open Pandora’s box. Its just an achievement. If you dont want to buy shadowlands then Im sure you’ll survive.
I feel your pain BUT…you’ll be able to still get your loremaster in SL. Honestly that won’t take very long because you only need to do it for one faction. You’ve done the hard part (and we all know that Outland Shadowmoon is the worst and most confusing).
They won’t give you the achievement yet but at least you know that it will be easy to obtain in SL.

Yeah I hated doing that one too.
Hellfire, Nagrand, and SMV are the worst. Get them out of the way early.
Since you have played the game for so long you realize that you are already in Shadowlands even if you decide not to purchase it. The build number is 9.x which means we are no longer in BFA.
I actually completed my Loremaster achievement before the new expansion pre patch was released. I did received the title and achievement but I did have to complete the BFA requirements as well.
You made the choice to wait until after the expansion pre patch was released so as a long time player you know you will have to complete the next expansion requirements to get the achievement and title.
This is something that will not be changed and it is something you already were aware of.
Then a little pre planning should have been used to determine when to have the achievement completed by. I know I did myself even though I was planning on purchasing Shadowlands.

Don’t worry OP. You can’t list your achievements on a job interview, they don’t have a cash trade-in value, and boasting about them while on a first date will not lead to a happy ending.
If you can move away from WoW and all the other achievements you don’t have (and you don’t have many), then you can live without this one.

I was explaining since the OP knew they were not buying Shadowlands they should have planned a bit better. It isn’t like this is a surprise or anything.
Gotcha. But admonishing them about it does little to nothing as they were not addressing the player base, but rather blizzard.
I’m pretty sure they know how it sounds for them to be asking this. And F, if I did all the achievements for loremaster and simply forgot about, or just didn’t do it by the deadline I might feel the same.
Regardless, there’s like, zero chance they (blizzard) would just up and give someone the achievement now, especially when in just a few weeks we will be able to work towards the rest of it. And its very much in blizzards best interest to say no, please buy our expansion and THEN you can get what you’re asking for.
It just bothers me when people either choose to ignore or obviously just skimmed or plain didn’t READ the thread they’re responding to. One of my pet peeves I guess. Haha.

Loremaster can be done with a max-level character. Did you want the challenge of doing it at low-level?
