Hello! I just boosted this toon with the shadowlands token and am unable to find the Legion Returns quest on the command board in order to receive the Dalaran Hearthstone and therefore unable to go to Dalaran to start the Argus questline. Is there something else I need to do to have the quest appear on the command board? Thanks in advance!
Turn on low lvl tracking and check around the SW docks.

The board can only show 3 at a time, so if you accept some of those offered, the Legion one should show up eventually. You can just abandon any of them that you don’t want to do. That’s what I did on my recently boosted alt.
I accepted as many as I could and it never showed up

The only quest I see in the docks is Call of Duty
Did u start the starting quest for BFA by any chance.
The specific command board item you’re looking for is “The Broken Shore” not the Legion returns. (Once you pick it, you’ll get the quest “The Legion Returns.”)
If you’re not seeing that either, you can find Recruiter Lee near the docks. Talk to him and see if you get the Dialog option “I’ve heard this take before…” (He won’t actually show as having a quest for you.) That will skip right to “In the Blink of an Eye” to get you to Dalaran. (You can always use the Dalaran Archivist later to actually do the intro quest if you’re interested in the story.)

Hello, i dont know if this goes here but im having the same issue, i ran a script to see if i completed the quest on this toon, it came back true, but i dont have the artifact weapon and i cant interact with anything in the legion order hall. When im in dalaran (legion) the quest giver doesnt show up. But my order hall has everything in it as if i have already done it. But i dont have the artifact weapon to interact with anything. Any information would be greatly helpfull. Also i opened a ticket and it was just a copy and paste answer and they tried to close the ticket as resolved. But im still in the same situation. Again thank you for an information.
