The Lawsuit Seems Relatively Unsubstantiated

Its a witch hunt like many of the accusations that happen. An accusation isnt facts or evidence

Its basic premise is that we are doomed because the way we learn history is fundamentally flawed in that we cover a few key events with context outright removed, or ignored that led up to the event. Then because of that, there’s been certain trends. He categorizes empires as basically lasting about 300 years, give or take a few decades that all follow specific patterns that he calls ages.

Age of Pioneers
Age of Conquest
Age of Commerce
Age of Affluence
Age of Intellect
Age of Decadence

Each of these have certain characteristics but basically the idea is our ancestors come and tame the land and in all that time, descendants become uncaring or outright lethargic about what they’ve been given and just kind of let it rot. Age of Decadence placing a bigger emphasis on selfishness, individualism, materialism, loss of duty to ones nation so they’re not inclined to defend it or make it better. Sound familiar?

Yep, sure does. I’ll definitely find that interesting, I’m sure.

ā€œfiled it did so to buy time to further their investigationā€

That is accurate. They need time to gather specialized information now.

As long as your complaint meets the criteria and you have sufficient evidence, you can virtually sue for anything. It is possible to win a case without any evidence but it will be limited to certain areas of law or factual circumstances. They have moved from sexual harassment to the wage incentives for women. Hoping to find enough evidence to backup the harassment.

It just means it’s largely substantiated, but some people refuse to accept it.

Shh… OP is, and I quote, ā€œsmart AFā€ and apparently Oxford-educated (though if we’re being honest, I suspect he meant Oxford, Mississippi).

We should get together over coffee and lament all the philistines who don’t appreciate our classical education in the humanities. /grin

Just spewed coffee all over my keyboard laughing. Thanks. You owe me a new keyboard now.

TLDR you have loud opinions of things you don’t understand

aka the state of California

Thats not how it works, in any sense of the word, it was a 2 year investigation, and you honestly believe that over that time their bosses wouldn’t be updated on such an investigation?

He’s talking about the second lawsuit. Not the first one by the Hotel California. Jeez

Yes, an organization that survives from tax dollars.

Which word?

Their bosses? Who precisely do you mean by ā€œtheirā€ and who by ā€œbosses?ā€

Why you talking if you arent a professional lol didn’t even read it after you said ā€œI have no expertiseā€ Jesus

Either way the state will have a hard time winning it.

Well, I am a professional and have plenty of expertise.

I’m not a legal professional, but I certainly have the ability to read, and reason.

Why are you commenting? Are you claiming professional expertise?

Nope commenting that your post is a waste of time with no ā€œlegal qualificationsā€ Lots of people can read /clap.

Apparently not well enough to comprehend.

Anyway, do you have any issues with anything I’ve stated?

The whole thing. Leave the issue to ā€œlegal professionalsā€

Well, a relatively major part of legal expertise is reading comprehension.
