Same issue, Alliance on Wyrmrest Accord US.
Having the same issue. Have troubleshot the following ways:
-reloaded UI
-relogged
-dropped quest, picked up again, got a new key and tried again.
Still cannot progress because the key is “out of range” from the door that’s clearly highlighted to the Inquisitor’s crypt.

Also having this problem. Have Sabrina out, have key, door not opening.
seems that they have fixed it. I was just able to open the door and progress on the quest… I didn’t even have Sabrina with me, I had Marz and still progressed anyway.
