Apparently enough to make that the only source of the 3 to 5 single best items in the game depending on class/spec.

Remember that you have to raid mythic to get mythic raid-dropped gear beyond tier and for some reason they made it have the best cape, neck (for group content) and 2nd rings, probably best trinkets, in the game.

So some players are bad, and rely on an accessibility feature to clear the content, and the entire game needs to be changed around that?

With how rare and unlikely anything is to actually drop from a kill, it had better be good. Plus, they just throw stuff at you for time walking nowadays.

that doesn’t really help at all though? popping really isn’t that hard after like the first night. the same people are going to be popping every time, the one thing you can argue the weakaura helps with is the 1 second DONT POP timer in between so we dont die to that mythic mechanic. But that’s really a stretch because you can just watch that debuff tick off normally.

Doesn’t need to be, but thats what they did with this expansion and the end of the last one thus far. They made content harder to make up for addon use.

You say that, but they’ve shown that they can make some incredibly hard bosses that don’t rely on addon use at all.

The kill isn’t the primary source, its vault. Vault doesn’t follow drop rates so the “very rare” are equal to other items in the pool. Of course, the farther you clear into the tier, the more things go into the pool, making that ansurek trinket, shield, and ring incredibly unlikely, but also very possible, to show up in vaults. Big issue is tanks have to give up trinket to get shield in vault. Very messed up classifications because the BIS tank trinkets are marked " damage spec".

Right? Like if you want to complain about weakaura’s you can complain about the portals I guess but complaining about addons for popping is just asinine :joy:

I think they’re talking about the boils in P1 of queen, but if you need an addon to know you need to place those, you should not be fighting even heroic queen.

the weakaura’s for that aren’t even that great lol. half the time the casters are improvising that.
