The lack of social interactions is bad for retail

I know this is a dead horse but I have to remind people at blizzard that what makes classic so good is the social interactions needed to progress. Need help in that trogg place in loch modan and can’t do it on your own? Talk to the guy that’s there and group up. Litterally millions of opportunities arise like that in classic. Retail needs that, right now things are to automated with no need to speak. I only need to talk in the endgame raids and nowhere else.

Oh look another one of these threads where the OP assumes that there is no social interaction in a game because we click a button to do some dungeons. As opposed to sitting into lfg channel for 2hrs in classic while people post their daily dose of racial/homophobic nonsense in classic.

I miss the days when it wasn’t called “retail”.

I also miss the days when it wasn’t called “classic” or “vanilla WoW”. We called it pre-BC.

A lot of social interactions in Korthia.

I’m actually having a lot of fun running around killing rares with everyone. Some guy even plays trivia over general during the early rush.

yeah, it would be nice. I occasionally see people speaking over general when I do callings, but the majority are settled in maw and korthia.

What are you talking about? I see a lot of social interaction from people yelling at others over Consumption all day!

Consider also the difference in real estate between classic and retail. In retail, people are more diluted out between areas and instances. Plus, as mentioned, Korthia is usually pretty hoppin’.

They need to get rid of those shards, makes for too an impersonal experience also, I like seeing the same people many times or the same guilds

In life, you need to have the strength of your convictions , if you don’t have that for something as little as this, then you got a problem.
