The Kalimdor Cup Circuit bugged? Un'goro Crater Bronzekeeper not at Quest Marker

I am trying to do the Kalimdor Cup quest, but as the title says, the Bronze Timekeeper NPC for Un’Goro Crater isn’t at the quest marker. Any idea why?

I completed it once so I know its there. In chromie time by chance on an alt?

Chromie Time turns off by lvl 70, yes? It’s happening on this character.

It can stay on until 71 now I think. It was just a thought. Go see Chromie I guess and turn off then try.

Wouldn’t be on in the first place, as this character reached lvl 70 when Dragonflight was the current expansion.

EDIT: Seems like leaving the zone and coming back to it later fixed the issue.
