No need to run dungeons 4 times on a single toon. Once on 4 alts and then using them all on a single toon works just as well! Hell yeah!

You just need the buff for x number of weeks. But you’re not restricted to running 4 times a week on the same toon 
He’s not talking about the mount. He’s talking about the usual weekly quest that comes up on timewalking weeks where you need to run timewalking 5 times to get a piece of normal raid loot. For this event it’s now heroic raid loot, but it’s still a weekly quest to run 5 timewalking on one character.
Being able to do 1 dungeon on 4 characters is nice, but only if you care about leveling multiple characters up more than you do getting heroic raid loot on one character
Oh, yeah, don’t care about that. Just want the achieve + mount

Disregard the item doesn’t even exist. The buff is getting auto-applied when completing a TW and it’s NOT account wide, so you have to do 4 on the same character.
