The boss Iron Maiden in Blackrock Foundry do not spawn. This has been going on for months now. I keep putting in bug reports and still nothing has gotten done about it. I know its old content but please fix this stuff. It’s the only reason i’m still playing this game, because new xpac sucks.

Have you killed all mobs even the ones in the water? I think its 4-5 scubadrivers.

I just did it yesterday on a few toons, on Mythic (not sure difficulty matters for this issue) and I had no issues getting them to spawn. Just gotta make sure to kill ALL NPC’s before the boss, including the 4 aquatic NPCs in the water. If you don’t kill those, they won’t spawn. Maybe you aren’t killing them? I have yet to reproduce the bug, nor had any issues getting them to spawn.
I’d recommend double checking you killed all NPC’s in the room and the 4 in the water.
