So according to my achievements I got Bloodsail Admiral back in 10/18/2008. I was thinking about grinding out Insane In The Membrane but I’m not sure if I need to redo Bloodsail rep. Anyone know?
Is the same character that did the Bloodsail Admiral also the same one who is grinding out the rep for the Insane title?
I do believe all the reps have to be on the same character to count towards the Insane achievement.

From what I am seeing on Wowhead, so long as the same character once had their Bloodsail rep to at least Honored, then they should be fine to continue working on the rest of the reps for the Insane achievement.
Just as a side note. Is it your progress on the Steamwheedle Cartel reps that has driven your Bloodsail rep back down to 0/36,000 (Hated)?

I achieved the [Insane in the Membrane] FOS back in 2018. At the time I started this grind I was hated with the Bloodsail, however I had achieved the Bloodsail Admiral back in 2009. I was still awarded the Insane title upon completion and did not have to have the Bloodsail rep at honored the same time as the other reps.
If you had your rep with the Bloodsail at honored or above at one point it does count.

Yeah, after I got bloodsail title, I did cloth turn-ins to get my steamwheedle rep back up. Though looking back on it, I wish I would have done the slow grind of killing those Tanaris pirates to keep both reps up.
