After reading this from the AV thread: “…killing opposing players no longer drops items like Dwarf Spines, Orc Teeth, or Human Bone Chips. Gross.” I became much more worried for Classic. Not because of AV changes, but because of these value judgments.
Northshire Abbey - the tower. At the very top (where Brother Neals is now), there’s a raised platform on stairs. In Vanilla wow, there was a noose above it, and blood below.
Will those artistic elements of character return with classic?
I can honestly say given the number of times I went up into that room for the Grape Manifest, I do not remember that noose.
But given that they’re reusing the original assets, I imagine if its there in Vanilla, it will be. (Maybe not in China).

How do you not remember the noose? It was there from day one. Back in vanilla people thought it was going to be for some future quest line that never came to pass.
shrug By the time you get the Grape Manifest, you’ve already got the “Report to Goldshire” quest, and Milly Osgood couldn’t be bothered sending you to get her grapes when you went for the Bandanas, so the Grape Manifest is always a rush to get through and out of there. I don’t think I ever went up on top of that platform for any reason.

This character is wearing a shirt that I think I got after 1.12 but cannot confirm. I did a lot of BGs in that time and don’t recall what patch was when etc.
If you see something that wasn’t properly restored it doesn’t hurt to bring it up.
