Scarlet Monastery makes up a large majority of the 30-40 dungeoning experience. Even if you don’t plan to dungeon grind, there are still going to be tons of PreBiS items in each of the wings. I expect every wing of the dungeon to be heavily farmed by both factions. The problem is its location. Its stashed away in the corner of a Horde Starting Zone… Which is going to make it an absolute nightmare to try and reach as an Alliance player. I get it, “muh world pvp on muh pvp server” but I see SM as a phase 2 end game equivalent instance to Gnomeragon.
If horde get a teleport into Gnomer, Alliance should get a teleport to Scarlet Monestary.

In that cast, unless you get teleported inside each individual instance, you’ll just get camped at the portal and be dead before you get out of the loading screen. That being said, sounds like a PvP server problem, and PvP happens on PvP servers.

Nope, no teleport cuzzo.
You will go on foot. Hordies will be waiting for you, harassing you the whole way there. You will not be safe, you will die multiple times, along with your friends.
The slaughter will be glorious. You are in for pain, pretty lady. You in the mud now!

it was a port, and its nice, which is why they should do the same for SM, even if its not a raid.
Why would you roll on a pvp server if you do not want to pvp?

There is no way they will add a port lol. Just get creative or do the slow and steady corpse res shuffle until you get in.

A teleporter from the prequest to the meeting stone would be nice. I don’t mind farming Horde on my way into the dungeon. It’s free honor because they’re all bad.
Why do you think they obsess over how they’re going to gank people in their safe zones instead of talking about how they’re going to dominate the PvP zones? They’re bad. Don’t be afraid of bad players.
I’m actually leveling a Rogue right now who’s sole purpose will be camping Alliance along the road to SM after he gets pre-BIS gear. I imagine it’s going to be a lot of fun.

Just pick up the Chillwind Camp flightpoint. It’s not that bad a walk.

There’s that unused space behind the monastery where some [one-way] Alliance portal could be added for SoD. Horde can still camp that area and the interior, but the hike to SM wouldn’t be so obnoxious.
We won’t be using Wind Serpents next phase, so Evasion will be far more potent against our pets. They’ll also have Blind.
Rogues aren’t going to be free HKs like they are now. You’ll have to actually press a couple buttons to win. 
Yup RIP LB rank. I won’t miss WS meta personally though. Though (and this is kind of irrelevant to the topic at hand as it’s pre-40) but at 40 having BW and making pet unable to be CC’ed solves the whole blind issue
Yeah, that would be nice. Though realistically you’ll have warlock summoners selling safe summons behind instance portals on PvP servers. I already have a lock summoner on my friends list that plans to have a level 20 lock behind each of the instance portals ready
