Transferred my warrior and just got done doing three BGs:

Seething Shore (W), AV (W), IOC (W)

That is seven wins today zero losses including two for my monk and two for this DK. The AV win on the warrior was interesting. Alliance had 11 healers and we had 2, so we won by winning the race and by avoiding killing the alliance (as best as possible) so they wouldn't respawn back in their base to make capping things more difficult.

A strategy was laid out and everybody followed it, pretty good for a PUG.

A friend played thirteen matches today (so far) as horde and won all thirteen.

I dont know wtf is happening this week on alliances side but im assuming it has to do with bonus bg week and everyone just spamming bgs. i have lost 12 (yes 12) in a row. Before this week i was on a 23 -18 win-loss ratio over a 4 week period (got a spreadsheet). The way i play is always solo queue for random bgs. A lot of giving up by ppl esp. in resource based where once it gets to a 100-200 point difference (even around the 300, 400 point mark where everything is still open) ppl are giving up on ally side or just sitting it the ally base waiting for it to end. Really dissappointing. Its basically discouraging when u lose like that. Im in favor of stricter rules on desserters and ppl that are just giving up and basr sitting. Dota seems to have a stricter punishment on deserters and i wuld appreciate seeing something like that in wow. bcoz it wuld filter out ppl and also improve attitudes. Right now its very discouraging and i hope it ends when bg bonus week is over. I for one wont be playing bgs during bonus week again for a long time.

Lel thats bob ? Was he the one who whispered me about thanking him for a carry in that dwg ? When i never needed a carry and you guys were barly 800k in dmg ? I belive the alli mage name started with a T idk memory is fuzzy but that was a few weeks ago prob last month i ran into you guys. I had like 1mil+ something in heals only 2nd place but yeah sure .

But reguardless idc lol i mean dudes obssesed but ok now that i know hannah is bob ill care even way less then i do when he talks on bob .

Pretty sure you're talking about my damage and not Bob's. He was well over 800k. Defending a node doesn't usually put me at the top of the charts, not that topping meters means a lot to me. ;)

I kill, and Jadei defends the nodes I abandon ;) Perfect team work which is why we hover around 80% win rate.

Though, she does great damage if she isn't forced into defending but most cases Alliance abandon nodes and jadei is the only one who goes back.

I think I am done queuing for epic battlegrounds until I see some indication that whatever is causing this disaster is fixed. I literally have not won a single epic BG this entire weekend. If enough ally players stop queuing and feeding the horde free wins maybe Blizzard will be forced into fixing whatever is causing this.

The only fix is to remove the charge for faction changes and give server wide buffs of some sort (xp or damage) to the faction with fewer players just like Warhammer Online did. After a while the imbalance would sort itself out.

Problem is, blizz would NEVER willingly miss out on even a penny to help make their game more enjoyable.

I find it interesting how bad each faction thinks it is. I’m not saying there is not some kind of imbalance, but its not as bad as it’s made out to be in random BG’s. I find it has a lot to do with the time of day you play etc. In my “opinion”, and it is exactly that, an opinion, the horde win slightly more random BG’s than alliance and Alliance win a ton more epic random bg’s than horde. In fact it’s to the point I almost refuse to queue for epic random BG’s because it turns into a complete waste of an evening for no conquest and crappy honor.

Now when I look at Standard BG’s I win 50-60% of those per my character’s stats, so it’s not like there is some great imbalance from my perspective, it’s pretty close. Not but a few nights ago Horde lost 4 out of the 5 BG’s I queued into. Last night I had time to queue into 2, and won both.

TLDR: Every day for the rest of the week once a day flip a coin 4 times. Call heads horde and tails alliance. At the end of the week see the results. Some people will say heads was a clear winner, some will say tails, some will say it was pretty even, yet all of them are have the same equality and balance. Put them all together and average it and it will come out close to even. I honestly feel that’s what we see on our forums.

Alliance racials are better in pvp. Pve it depends on the class/spec but overall favors horde.

Not at the start of BFA, and not really since EMFH was nerfed.
Its like there are 7-1 horde - alliance players for a reason all of a sudden. :thinking:
