I am currently a level 51 Troll Hunter, but am unable to see the quest: The Hunter’s Charm, at any trainers in Thunderbluff or Orgrimmar. It should theoretically be visible starting from level 50. I am aware of at least two other Hunter’s who are also experiencing the same issue so it is not a unique problem.
It’s because it’s Phase 1 and quest isn’t out yet.
