Without a Warchief, the poor peons won’t be exploited anymore. They won’t have to work for the greed of the Warchief anymore, instead they work for their own Horde. No longer will there be a position above the others. They now have equal status as Baine or anyone else.

Class struggle is eternal. The rebellion against Garrosh dragged the Kor’kron down from power, replaced by the Dark Rangers. Now they are dragged down as well.
