It is unfortunate, but its how the game is. If you were max level, you’d probably be one of those people killing people for honor in a raid group. Level an alt, or roll on a PvE server.
What I was replying to was a poster saying full groups of L60s were corpse camping L36s. Any L60 group with half a brain and looking for HKs are going to be where L50-59 players are, not corpse camping a L36 in the hopes someone shows up.

Ironically it is some of those very L60s that are complaining that they cannot avoid PVP while trying to get to their raid.
