The High Elf Love Thread đŸ„°

In WoW? Besides being enemies? Please Broflake.

The nuance-ignorance is getting old.

I meant fun. But sure to both.

Yeah, there’s a big difference between shocking and contrived, and the SC killing Khadgar is very patently the later.

Like I do agree that the alliance needs to do something a lot more morally complex, but outright saying they should kill Khadgar goes faaar the other way, cause ultimately you are still trying to sympathize with a group. Otherwise you are just making them the villain.

Which I get people like Murg actually do want. And to be fair, kinda could be cool. But I could have have seen the MoP SC pull that off, Vereesa now is more chill.

I’m cool with this tbh, I’m tired of Dalaran’s flip flopping. But having the Dalaran pop split would be really interesting. Maybe the SC gets the crater in Hillsbrad as part of the settlement.

Bad Cezol! Where’s the water bottle?!

You did kinda broke the sarcasm by bulletpointing his response lol.

Definitely will agree here too
I think most alliance folk want a little more going on for our faction and to be the aggressor some for once.

Goal post shift.
“I don’t like you pointing out blood elves had history with the alliance so let’s change it to be only WoW.”.

In which case, TBC had them working with the Dranei and considering returning to the Alliance in MoP. They were also back in Dalaran during WotLK.

Yeah
neither bud.

He isn’t sarcastic Talendrion.

Look, I am downw ith the SC doing something insane like that but it needs good story building.
MoP Vareesa could have done that, sure. Not now though, not after her character development. It would require Vareesa somehow being outted, and the SC somehow stealing control of Dalaran.

Not
sure how it could be done without major set up for contention.

Won’t work. Didn’t you know?

Worgen are only dogs 5% of the time.

Speak for yourself. I’m dog 24/7.

If you’re not being fuzzy all the time, you might as well be a normal stinking human!

Totally rolling a Worgen warrior btw. Feels better than druid IMO

Oh man Worgen warriors feel bad as bad can be. (it wouldn’t let me swear.)

They need a hide weapon option for them and forsaken.

Wait
what? Why?
=(

Sorry, as has been mentioned before, the goal post has always been, continuing the High Elf story with the Alliance IN WoW.

When speaking to you, I almost always am babe.

:kissing_heart:

I mean if the Kirin Tor wants to keep doing the neutral thing good for them, but it would be nice to actually see some repercussions to all the political flip flopping.

IMO it does sound sarcastic.

Regardless. I think we don’t need the SC to kill Khadgar for the SC to split from the Kirin Tor. For one, there’s no need for it, such a coup would have made sense for BfA and IDK when we’ll see another full blown faction war.

Honestly it could very well be something more politically complex, like, let’s say, Alleria and Vereesa’s forces striking against the BE’s in the Ghostlands, say, try to reclaim Windrunner Spire and the Village. Things get out of control, blood elves get killed. It gets seem as an act of aggression against BE sovereignty.

The KT tries to mediate, but ultimately, they either attempt to chastise the SC, which makes them leave, or they disavow them entirely, expelling them from Dalaran.

Something more complex than “Then the Silver Covenant kills everyone’s favorite uncle”

I mean then a hose. At some point it doesn’t matter which for you are, it’s just about the water pressure knocking you down.

The rending things with you claws fantasy basically. Forsaken and worgen got gnarly claws.

The origins of which are in WC2 and WC3, which is also the origins of the blood elves. You cannot have one and not acknowledge the other dude. Sorry, it is part of the nuance.

I am going to advise you nicely not to speak to me in such a fashion. It is neither desired not warranted.

I like this mostly. It even sets it up as a mistake a little so maybe they could play nice again later.

I’ve complained about that since the worgen release.

I like this idea actually.

I like the complexity of it.

“You killed our people on our territory!”

“Your territory? This is our home, you refused to leave!”

“This stopped being your home when you left your people! You have no right to these lands! Nor to impart justice!”

“You are the ones that have no right to rob us from our home, and after all the sacrifices we made?”

Repeat for 2-3 expansions.

Who’s not acknowledging? Sure let’s do that, then move on cause you know, it’s in the past.

Only person still holding WC3 grudges is Sylvanas and everyone hates her now.

Yet you keep replying to me.

It would be good, and it would help explain a bit more why the high elves didn’t come back.

I could see it now

“Sacrifices? You ran and did not come back until AFTER we reclaimed it.”

Cool, then the past the high elves have doesn’t matter.

And no one is holding MoP grudges but you so

I’ll put it bluntly since you’re being obtuse.
I am not interested in you like that, so have some decency when speaking to people. I am neither your babe, nor your cutie.
If you still have difficulty understanding, then I shall find someone whom you do listen to because your reading is clearly biased.
