You must be logged in a PC. Click on your avatar, click on your character name, click on Preferences, click on Users. There you type the user you want to mute and click Save.
Be advised, though, that you only mute notifications (âX has liked your postâ, etc.) - you will still see their comments and posts.

dalaran no longer has a reason to be neutral and despite their âneutralityâ they have a severe alliance bias. You can see them working with and aiding the alliance in many places yet they donât do the same for the horde.
Dalaran is truly only neutral for gameplay purposes. To serve as a hub when an expansion needs a floating city. That is no longer necessary because the horde can have a floating nightspire. Let dalaran be alliance once more.
Khadgar can go with magni and work on protecting azeroth. The kirin tor doesnât need him.
Unfortunately the current dev leadership will never do this because they take the most lazy and basic route possible every time.
