After showing up last, do they even still have leadership?

I am sorry but we agreed to a set of rules with the Futurama clips. Linking take all my money or I don’t want to live on this planet anymore is an immediate foul.

Please prepare for public mockery.

“Your words guides us
 We’re dumb”

love that line off that episode.

I didn’t know we’re doing random videos?

I got this one.

Ahem, Futurama.

I can’t stand that episode. It fills me with existential dread.

The episode I disliked the most is Roswell that End Well. Only because of that crazy photographer. He killed the episode.

imagine being an orc, troll or tauren, in the horde. the alliance has playable high elves. the horde doesn’t. they can only do quests for various blood elven npcs from the sunreavers and other scattered blood elven groups, part of the remaining blood elves who survived the scourge. each new expac, you’re given more quests by the sunreavers and other blood elves, even escorting aethas sunreaver on special missions.

then one day, blizz announces allied races. you think surely, the blood elves will be available to the horde but they’re not. the excuse given is that they already exist on the alliance. somehow that doesnt seem quite right, afterall, the horde’s sunreavers are a different group. aethas is nothing like veressa. etc.

i know you’re probably thinking, eh, i’d just go play alliance if i wanted to play high elves, but no, you wouldn’t, since you dont want to play high elves on the alliance, you want to play blood elves on the horde.

I don’t need to, we recently quested with pirate Humans. They shouldn’t be made playable on the Horde, for the same reason’s high elves shouldn’t be made playable on the Alliance.

This isn’t really a problem for me like how it is for you. I’m not this particular. I play both factions and change mains. If I really wanted to play a race, I’d play the faction it’s on.

Granted, I’m not sure what that has to do with my coffee consumption.

i have blood elf chars. several in fact, so it’s not a problem to play the other faction. its just not my preference.

Sounds like a pretty minor problem then.

I am a die-hard Horde main.

I mained Alliance for ages because I wanted to play a Kul Tiran.

What I don’t expect is for West-Country humans to be made playable on the Horde (we do, in fact, quest with them).

I would certainly view playable Alliance high elves as blurring faction lines, adding nothing thematically, a less-than low-effort skin swap, and contributing to the banality of the Alliance. Currently I think playable Alliance high elves are about as unpopular as they are popular. If they ever become a possibility, I think their unpopularity would explode.

depends. i mean i thought it was a quality of life thing, thus i spent the time spamming magister’s terrace for an orb of sindorei for my alliance chars and even making a draenei so i could use both the orb of sindorei and the orb of deception. then, farming ai’lis skymirror so i could extend it further. then learning what draenei hairstyles effected which belf hairstyle i’d get. and then investing and using image swap so i could extend it even further. quite the ritual. much more than should be necessary to be able to play an ally in a time when allied races are doable.

You desiring a niche thing doesn’t justify a major decision like that from Blizzard. Especially considering how problematic it would be. I hope they give RP servers unlimited transformation toy time or something. There really shouldn’t be any reason not to. It would contribute to the reason those servers are there.

i have never held out hope that you’d be able to see passed the end of your own interests, you just dont strike me as the kind of person who can empathize, though your sense of humor is splendid. i’ve been able to maintain the appearance of a high elf on the alliance, for hours, and yet the world didnt come to an end and no one claimed it was blurring faction lines. other alliance players also do this. not a peep of complaint on the forums, no one calling for the end of appearance modifiers cause they might confuse people.

Then I don’t see your issue. Besides, that’s relatively contained to a few people who really care about it. I’ve never run into it. I certainly don’t like the Alliance high elf story and it would be unfortunate to have it shoved down my through like how burning the tree was. After observing all of the lore conversations on here, I think they are a terrible lot and would be a stain on the Alliance.
