THe Heart of Azeroth

So… Let’s talk about this, Blizzard. I like your new expansion. It’s great. I’m salty about how terrible you’ve made the gear drop rates. Their bad. But I’m not here for that. I’d like to know… WHY you guys made a really nice ‘Farewell Quest’ of the Legion Legendary weapons. They were used to help Azeroth purify the wound. THat’s great. THe weapons were depleted. And that was that.

But what I don’t like nor understand is why… You guys decided not to give the same farewell to the very Heart of our planet. The Heart of Azeroth. Why was it not given a found Farewell Quest; in allowing it to sacrifice itself to save, or at lest letting us return it to Azeroth in a quest. It’s never mentioned in Shadowlands at all. All we do is replace it with green items… Just toss it in your bank and never mention it ever again. What happened?

I understand that we use it to channel a finishing blow to N’zoth; but it never mentions that it loses it’s power, or gets depleted, or gets destroyed OR we return it back to our planet. You guys never gave us ANY STORYLINE to tell players WHAT happened to the amulet. I really don’t like that, actually. I’d like to have closure. Just like you guys gave us with our legendary weapons. We used their power for the greater good; and they got depleted.

But the Heart… you guys gave us… NOTHING.

You’ll be able to use it when BFA Timewalking is introduced.

It’s going to fit nicely in the jailers chest of course

I’m almost positive something is planned for it.

There is a comment Ve’nari makes about it.

Because no one cares about that thing. Random necklace.

They have it set up so you can still use it while on Azeroth. I think that’s all that’s really useful about it atm.

My theory was that we would use the heart’s power to help fix the scourge outbreak. somehow fix the helm of dom. or something. Idk, figured they’d have us “dump” the power somewhere like we did with artifacts.

But, instead, we just leave the scourge invasion behind. Hell, even the current LK himself leaves it behind lol. Good luck to Azeroth I guess.
