Please, for all that is unholy, how do we know patch 1.12 made this item Master Looter capable?
What they should either do let everyone loot it or make additional restrictions to get quest. As rep or a quest because everyone going to need it day one it’s a race then.
Who ever has the quest can loot it.
So yeah, definitely going to be a race to loot that boss.
I mean if you’re pugging I guess that’d be toxic. If you’re in a guild it’s likely going to be decided who gets it. If someone without permission loots it that should be the end of their endeavors with that guild.
